Wrap music

Maybe it’s rap, maybe it’s not.  Hah, word jokes.

I have all but finished wrapping this year’s gifts — cards are next, well writing anyways if not wrapping — and once more I have listened to a track of choice while wrapping.  This year saw an incredible increase in the skill used to wrap presents, I’m usually average or below average when it comes to using wrapping paper and much prefer shiny gift bags.  But I had a good set up with the bed being my chair and our dresser being the desk to cut and tape on.  I finished the wrapping in record time (for myself anyways, there is no way I want to look at being a pro wrapper) and things looked neat and tidy.  I even managed to even out all of the wrapping paper rolls, using the leftover bits to my advantage.

Here is a sample of the music I’ve listened to over the years:

  • 2013: “Drum Song”, by Temper Trap, from the album “Conditions”
  • 2014: Doctor Who soundtrack, composed by Murray Gold, multiple albums
  • 2015: “Brothers” by Ludovico Einaudi, from the album “In A Time Lapse”

I wonder what I shall listen to next year?  I hope my skills will not degrade.
